troble yang sering timbul pada suzuki satria FU 150
- Motor baru biasanya nembak2 suara knalpor pd saat lepas gas.Solusinya : Biasanya ganti Pilot Jet yang lebih besar ukuran kisaran 17,5 bisa pakai punya shogun atau 22 bisa pakai Kitaco walau ukurannya bukan sebenarnya. Konsumsi bensin pasti agak2 sedikit nyedot degh. Atau bisa juga dari faktor baut knalpot yg di blok kendor atau bocor.
- Suara mesin cek..cek..cek..(yah kira2 begitu deh suaranya) pada saat dingin dan setelah mesin panas suaranya hilang. Itu tanda dari baut penonjok tensioner haus atau pernya sudah lemah. Resikonya rantai keteng loncat dan pastinya klep nonjok ke piston, hancur deh :))Solusinya : Ganti baru dengan harga yg cukup mahal 100rb lebih, atau bisa diakali dengan beli punya Suzuki smash kira2 50rb trus tambah daging ke tukang bubut. dipasang lg hasilnya setelah 2 thn gak ada masalah sampai karang. Tambahan : Bisa Juga dengan membuat drat baru di tensioner luar dan diganti dengan baut yang panjang untuk nonjok sampai ke dalam, jadi itungannya kita tinggal mengencangkan baut secara manual apabila suara rantai keteng kita sudah mulai brisik.
- Suara rantai dan gir klotok - klotok.Solusinya : Bisa dari girnya sudah haus minta diganti yg baru atau tanda stelan rantai terlalu keras, so.. tinggal distel ulang jangan terlalu kendor jangan terlalu keras yang sedang2 saja dirasa pake jari ketegangan rantainya.=> bisa juga as gir depa kering, jadi beri oli di as gir depan.
- Pasang karbu Keihin PE 28mm ( Karbu SP)Solusinya : Ganti kabel gas dan disesuaikan panjangnya bisa juga pakai originalnya tapi harus dipotong dan di solder ujungnya agar pas. Jangan pakai spuyer aslinya ganti disesuaikan dengan kondisi motor, semisal bisa pakai pj/mj 17,5/120 atau 17,5/115 (kondisi standar). Herannya malah jauh lebih hemat bensinnya, logikanya kita buka gas sedikit saja sudah ngacir. Trus diusahakan untuk mencopot kran bensin vakum ganti dengan kran bensin manual bisa pakai punya kitaco atau merk lainnya, untuk mencegah kalau2 sampe banjir bisa langsung ditutup aliran bensinnya dan bisa mempercepat aliran bensin ke karbu.
- Meningkatkan PerformaStep - Stepnya :- Ganti Pilot Jet dan Main Jet (kalo bisa original karena ukurannya pas)
- Ganti Karburator bisa SP PE28(Recomended), Punya Ninja, RX-King (Recomended), PWM 28 Vacuum kalo gak salah, dll, tergantung minat dan kantong :).
- Ganti knalpot berikut silincernya, bisa pake model freeflow seperti Endurance stainless(recomended for circuit use) atau carbon(recomended for street only), Yoshimura Titan, DBS.
- Ganti CDI non limiter bisa pakai Lek Step 1 kisaran 1jt, Lek Step 2 kisaran 1,7jt, Shindengen kisaran 800rb, Shindengen E8 kisaran 1,8jt, Mr. Ya kisaran 4jt, BRT kisaran 650 - 900rb, XP kisaran 700rb, Rextor kisaran 800rb.
- Ganti Koil racing bisa pakai Blue Thunder kisaran 125rb, Nology Hotwire kisaran 1,5jt, YZ 250 kisaran 750rb.
- Porting Polish Headnya biaya kisaran 100rb 1 lobang.
- Paking head ke blok yang besi di copot 2 karena dia ada 3 lapis bisa meningkatkan akselerasi dan kompresi naik.
- Tutup lobang katalis dgn membuat paking dr besi atau besi babet sesuai dengan bentuknya.Dan lobang di bawahnya ditutup dengan baut topi ukuran 8 dengan drat 10. atau bisa di tap dan disumpel baut 10.
- Ganti gir depan dan belakang sesuai dengan setingan motor.
- Ganti ban kecil depan belakang (not recomended) , resiko kalo hujan daya cengkram ban ke aspal sedikit, dan kalo belok kecepatan tinggi resiko traksi hilang dari aspal.
(Recomended) ban ukuran dpn 80/90/17, blkng 90/90/17, cari soft compound.
- Lampu kurang terang bisa ganti dengan bohlam Halogen apa saja atau bisa pakai Philips 35/35/12w, atau mungkin bisa pake HID khusus motor.
- Klakson kurang kencang bisa ganti yg stereo(double) dengan ditambahkan relay mobil, harga bisa bervariatif.
- Piston bore up bisa pakai scorpio dengan crankcase di bubut juga, FXR atau bisa pakai ukuran lain, Yang pasti cc naik dan akselerasi tambah yahud. Biaya dr 900rb - ?? tergantung minat. Resiko semakin besar cc dibawa hariannya makin tidak enak gak bisa pelan, karena stroke naik dari standarnya.
- Camshaft dibubut sesuai dengan settingan yang diinginkan.
- Ganti per kopling.
- Ganti per Klep (Not Recomended) karena banyak yg kejadian patah dan membuat klep bengkok atau bisa patah, makan biaya lagi tuh..
- Naikkan derajat pengapian(Not Recomended) resiko cam menghajar klep.
- Suara Rem blakang serasa membawa tikus di ban nyit nyit nyit, tanda kanvas rem kotor, buka dan bersihkan dan diamplas sedikit atau stelan rantai kiri dan kanan di arm tidak pas. Coba untuk menyetel ulang.
- Bensin pakai pertamax plus, bisa menambah performa dan menghemat karena pembakaran lumayan sempurna. Atau pakai pertamax, diusahakan jangan sering mengganti2 bahan bakar karena menyebabkan kerak di ruang pembakaran.
- Oli pakai yang semi sintetic jangan yang terlalu encer seperti 5w/40. Minimal 10w/40.by karim suzuki arjosari malang..........................

Irfan Bachdim Ikon Suzuki Hayate125

Since it was first launched in March, the latest variant of the Suzuki Hayate 125 Suzuki scooter hit the market directly.
Evidenced by the latest generation of scooter sales figures from Suzuki Skywave 125 continued to show improvement graph.
"Since the initial launch of at least 2,000 units have been booked throughout Indonesia." Harviawan said as the Marketing Planning Brand Suzuki, Wednesday (04/05/2011).



The same thing also disclosed Victor Assani who acted as Marketing Planning 2 Wheel Suzuki. "The response was very positive, as evidenced from the initial launch," he said.
According to annual sales target to reach 40-45 thousand uni + per year. "We are optimistic that could exceed that number," he added.
One factor was allegedly high level of sales thanks to Irfan Bachdim footballer who became an icon Hayate 125.
